Who is the controller

RawCloser is operated by Fabio Antonelli.

Website sign-up forms

When you use the free-script download or the discount-ladder claim form on our website, we collect:

• your email address
• your first name
• whether you ticked the consent checkbox on that form, and which version of its wording you agreed to (consent_version)
• a salted hash of the IP address you submitted from, used only for abuse prevention
• the date and time of your submission

The lead-magnet download and discount-ladder signup forms require your first name and email address. We use your first name only to personalise follow-up emails from RawCloser, such as addressing you by name. We store it together with your email address and consent record. We do not share your first name with third parties and do not use it for any other purpose.

The free-script download requires no further action from us: the download link is shown to you immediately after you submit. The discount-ladder claim records your interest only -- nothing is granted automatically, and we follow up by hand.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@rawcloser.com.

16. Your rights

Data subjects may exercise the following rights, in the cases provided by law, to:

• access your data
• correct your data
• delete your data
• restrict processing
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest
• object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes
• withdraw consent
• receive a portable copy of certain data
